Rekha, my grandma and grandpa's helper, put henna or mehendi on my hand. It was really beautiful and it is starting to fade now. I wish the henna never faded so I could show it to you. It is very complicated to put on.
It looks like you are having a blast. How was Bombay? I always wanted to go there. Since I love food I have got to ask you what your favorite meal is in India? I hope you continue to have a lot of fun.
Hi Joe: You asked me about Bombay. I am still in Bombay and it is great fun. We are going to Mahabaleshwar tomorrow. It is a hill station and is very green and beautiful. The food in India is really delicious. My favorite meal so far has been undhiu with roti. Undhiu is a mix of legumes, purple yam, eggplant, potatoes and lots of spices cooked slowly.
